A. GUIDING SYMPTOMS
 

T = Takes cold easily without knowing how or where. Seems to take cold from every time he takes a breath of fresh air.  
       
U = Unnatural periodicity runs through the remedy (Kent). Periodical
complaints.
 
       
B = Blonde in preference to brunettes.  
       
E = Emaciation rapid and pronounced. Losing flesh while living well (Allen).
Great emaciation of incredible rapidity loses 6 lbs., in 14 days.
       
R = Ravenous appetite.  
       
C = Changeability of symptoms. Ailments affecting one organ, then another,
the lungs brain, kidneys, liver, stomach, nervous system, beginning
suddenly and ceasing suddenly (Allen). No symptoms lasts for an
appreciable time. Symptoms go through rapid kaleidoscopic
transformations, perhaps due to miasmatic diathesis.
 
       
U = Unreasonable terror of being medically examined by doctors.  
       
L = Light complexioned, tall, slim persons.  
       
I = Inclination to sleep in mornings. Sleep disturbed from 3 a.m.
